James 4:7 Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 3. His destiny – Lake of Fire               -What is hell/sheol, etc. Luke 16:19-31 (Parable of Lazarus and the rich man)        -Lazarus -Paradise/Abraham’s Bosom (Luke 23:43)        -rich man-Hades/sheol/hell -In the end Hades/sheol/hell go in the Lake of Fire forever        -Rev. 20:10 And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.        -Rev. 20:14-15 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. -satan wants to deceive you so you go there with him EX. Fear him EX. little demon on Stephen’s shoulder + 8 foot Angel        3. Worship him               -Mt. 4:1-11 tried to side track Jesus and His victory at the Cross.               -EX. of Deceptive attempts                      -Portrays Gay lifestyle as very sweet                            -Love IS awesome and very sweet BUT IN God’s design -God loves gay people, but the sin that will kill them               -Remember 100K$ now or 1 penny doubled… -Romans 1:4-7 (Jesus’ design – blueprint)                1:16-17 (Power of Gospel for freedom) -Sin kills people so God is SERIOUS in clearing it out of mankind: -By the cross and Jesus’ Kingdom Highway               -BUT satan’s temptations are REAL & DANGEROUS               -Listen to Romans 1:18-32 -Guys, don’t let satan deceive you like this C. The danger is real to you, so get serious with Jesus        1. -The slippery slope to Hebrews 10:26-29               -Paul R. testimony        2. –Don’t let satan take you down this road.        3. -Trust Jesus’ Holy Spirit to help you. -Jude 24-25 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever.
