一、安息与得救

Rest and salvation

主耶和华－以色列的圣者曾如此说：你们得救在乎归回安息；你们得力在乎平静安稳；你们竟自不肯。

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.” (Isaiah 30:15 NIV)

二、如何经历安息

How to Experience Rest

1、安息的含义：停止自己的工作，信靠神

The meaning of rest: stopping our own works and trusting God

神第七日歇了他一切的工，安息了。

God rested on the seventh day from all His work.

• 创造已经完成

• Creation has been completed

• 进入满足与秩序的状态

• Entering a state of fulfillment and order

2、安息从主耶稣而来

Rest comes from the Lord Jesus

凡劳苦担重担的人可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28 NIV)

3、信靠与安息

Trust and Rest

这样看来，他们不能进入安息是因为不信的缘故了。

So we see that they were not able to enter, because of their unbelief. (Hebrews 3:19 NIV)

•  we entrust the results to God

• 不被焦虑控制

•we are not controlled by anxiety

• 相信神仍然掌权

• we believe that God is still sovereign and in control
