121:1 （上行之詩。）我要向山舉目；我的幫助從何而來？

121:2 我的幫助從造天地的耶和華而來。

121:3 他必不叫你的腳搖動；保護你的必不打盹！

121:4 保護以色列的，也不打盹也不睡覺。

121:5 保護你的是耶和華；耶和華在你右邊蔭庇你。

121:6 白日，太陽必不傷你；夜間，月亮必不害你。

121:7 耶和華要保護你，免於一切的災害；他要保護你的性命。

121:8 你出你入，耶和華要保護你，從今時直到永遠。

1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from?

2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

3 He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber;

4 indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand;

6 the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life;

8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

一，神是我們的幫助（1-2節） A. God Is Our Help (v1-2)

1.舉目仰望幫助的源頭

幫助的源頭是山背後的神，

The source for us to lift up our eyes for help

The source of the help is God behind the mountain

--

2.神是人真正的幫助者God is people’s true helper

神是我們隨時的幫助，真正的幫助來自神。

God is our ever-present help; true help comes from Him.

--

我求父，父就另外賜給你們一位保惠師，叫祂永遠與你們同在。(約翰福音 14:16)

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever (John 14:16)

況且我們的軟弱有聖靈幫助，我們本不曉得當怎樣禱告，只是聖靈親自用說不出來的歎息替我們禱告。 (羅馬書 8:26)

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. (Rom 8:26)

二， 神是我們隨時的保護者（3-4節）

God Is Our Protector at All Times (v3-4)

--

耶和華神將那人安置在伊甸園，使他修理，看守。 （創 2:15）

The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. (Gen 2:15)

--

1.神的保護讓我們腳不動搖God’s protection keeps our feet unshakable

神所賜、出人意外的平安必在基督耶穌裡保守你們的心懷意念。（腓 4:7）

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Phil 4:7)

2.神無時無刻看顧我們God is always watching us

耶和華的聖民哪，都要愛他！耶和華保護誠實人，足足報應行事驕傲的人。 （詩篇 31:23）

Love the LORD, all his faithful people! The LORD preserves those who are true to him, but the proud he pays back in full. (Psa 31:23)

3 .因著神的保護太陽月亮不能傷害我們

Because of God’s protection, neither sun nor moon can harm us

--

三， 神要保護我們到永遠（5-8節）

God Will Protect Us till Eternity (v5-8)

--

1.神要保護我們的生命God will protect our lives

--

直到你們年老，我仍這樣；直到你們發白，我仍懷搋。我已造作，也必保抱；我必懷搋，也必拯救。 （賽 46:4）

Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you. (Isa 46:4)

2 .神完全的保護直到永遠God’s complete protection will last forever

--

因為我深信無論是死，是生，是天使，是掌權的，是有能的，是現在的事，是將來的事，是高處的，是低處的，是別的受造之物，都不能叫我們與神的愛隔絕；這愛是在我們的主基督耶穌裡的。 （羅 8:38-39）

38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom 8:38-39)

我們得到幫助和保護，得到救恩後該怎樣？

What shall we do after we received God’s help, protection, and salvation?

--

神讓我們得到福音，一定是要我們去傳福音，影響別人認識福音。

神幫助我們保護我們，目的是要我們去幫助更多有需要的人。

God has given us the gospel so that we can spread it and influence others to know the gospel.

God helps us and protects us so that we can help more people in need.
